These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and Slotogel ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://slotogel.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account on the Slotogel platform, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service available on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using this platform immediately.

Slotogel operates as an online gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, live football wagering, lottery games, and related entertainment services, principally to users located in Malaysia. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Slotogel platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Slotogel reserves the right to request identity documentation at registration and at any point during your use of the Platform.
2. You must be registering as a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
3. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account.
4. You must not already hold an existing registered Account on the Platform. Slotogel operates a strict one-accountper-person policy.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by you voluntarily or by the Platform pursuant to its responsible gambling obligations.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registering.

4.1 Registration Process. Players must complete the registration form in full and provide valid identification information as required by our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Slotogel reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued identity cards (MyKad for Malaysian citizens), passports, and utility bills — at any stage of the registration or verification process.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Slotogel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login information secure.

4.3 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration and subsequent KYC procedures must be accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

4.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. If duplicate Accounts are identified, Slotogel reserves the right to close all but the original Account, and to retain any balances in the duplicate accounts as consideration for the breach.

4.5 Notification of Compromise. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or by email at [email protected].

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Slotogel accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Slotogel reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal may be processed. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within 3minutes of approval. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals may take 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times stated are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand or system maintenance.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. Slotogel operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay or decline processing pending satisfactory completion of such procedures. Deposits may not be returned without corresponding wagering activity.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and the general conditions outlined in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requiresRM1,500 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or round. The applicable limit for each promotion will be stated in its specific terms. Exceding the maximum bet limit while using bonus funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The precise contribution rates for any active promotion will be stated in its terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's account along with any associated winnings. Standard expiry windows range from 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.

6.6 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion more than once — whether through duplicate accounts or by other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6.7 Slotogel's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. Slotogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player accounts at the time of any such change.

7.1 Certified RNG. All casino-style games available on the Slotogel platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, and arcade games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for statistical fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets. Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UFC, and other events — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport. In the event of a market error (including but not limited to incorrectly listed odds or event details), Slotogel reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game round in progress, Slotogel will use reasonable efforts to determine the fair outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's account balance.

7.4 Player Conduct During Games. Players must engage with all games in good faith. The use of automated wagering tools, game exploit techniques, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Slotogel platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referal to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform or assisting another person in evading the one-account policy;
• Using false, stolen, or another person's identity or payment information during registration or transactions;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on information not available to the general public;
• Using automated wagering bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted for human players;
• Exploiting software errors, payment processing lopholes, or game malfunctions for personal financial gain;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an illegal nature through the Platform;
• Abusing the bonus and promotions system through coordinated betting, bonus farming, or any structured strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Slotogel staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

9.1 Platform Commitment. Slotogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Gambling on this Platform should be treated as a form of entertainment. It should not be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or address personal financial difficulties.

9.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount they deposit into their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our support team and will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 Age Restriction. For players aged 21 and above only. Slotogel operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

9.4 Platform Intervention. Slotogel reserves the right to contact Players where it identifies betting patterns or account activity consistent with problem gambling behaviour, and to apply account restrictions in the interest of player welfare.

10.1 All content on the Slotogel platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Slotogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.

10.3 The Slotogel name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of Slotogel. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slotogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

11.2 Slotogel does not warrant that the Platform will be available on a continuous, uninterrupted basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may periodically affect Platform accessibility. Slotogel accepts no liability for losses arising from such downtime.

11.3 Slotogel's total cumulative liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit Slotogel's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 Slotogel's Right to Suspend. Slotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held securely and will be released — net of any amounts forfeited pursuant to these Terms — upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and associated winings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant. Slotogel reserves the right to apply a nominal monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, with advance notice provided to the account's registered email address.

Slotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Slotogel will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the Player's registered address. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the terms of the Platform's operating framework.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising between the Player and Slotogel in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in writing.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, Slotogel operates an internal complaints escalation procedure. Details of this procedure are available from our support team upon request.

14.4 Players agree that all gambling transactions, wager settlements, and game outcomes that have been completed and confirmed by the Platform's systems are final and binding, subject only to Slotogel's internal disputes procedure as described in this section.
